Guest List - Where do you draw the line?

In a class of 25-30 school kids, not to mention neighbour's kids, cousins etc, how do you decide who to invite and who not to invite to your child's party. What is your cut off point and how do you arrive at it?

    In any party events and inflatable playtimes, what to invite are those that are friends and relatives and of course those aren't are those complete strangers.
